    This course will equip In-company trainers with competencies in planning for In-company training. The course will equip TVET trainers, coordinators, and industry mentors with the skills to design, organize, and implement effective in-company training programs that integrate institutional learning with real workplace experience. The course involves trainee selections process, generic training plan interpretation, and development of in-company training plans, designing rotation plans, onboarding plan development and adaptation of training agreement. 

    The course is delivered as a self-paced online programme over a notional 6 study hours.

    Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.

    In-Company Instructor - Carryout Competence Based Assessment

    This course will equip in-company trainers with competencies in carrying out competence-based assessment. The module involves identifying assessment methods, guideline for giving feedback, guideline for receiving feedback, developing assessment plan, developing work-based assessment tools, organizing assessment environment and conducting competence-based assessment. 

    The course is delivered as a self-paced online programme over a notional 10 study hours.
